Unleashing Excellence is my life’s work. It is the path I chose for myself, my family, and now for anyone who is sick and tired of living beneath what they know is possible.

I am Bruce “Poppy” Feldman Jr.
I got married at sixteen in 1984, and I am still married to my soulmate. We have four amazing kids, seven grandkids, and a lifetime of scars, lessons, growth, and grace behind us.
You will not find a polished, perfect guru here.
You will find a man who has been broken open, rebuilt, tested, humbled, and sharpened.
I believe people do not need more empty motivation. They need truth. They need identity. They need a system. They need to burn the mask, unlearn what was never theirs, and forge the daily discipline to become who they were created to be.
That is what I teach.
